Apartments are located next to the famous Laguna beach, awarded with the international Blue flag award, amidst the Mediterranean vegetation, 2 kilometres from the centre of Umag. There is a worldwide known international tennis centre with a big central tennis stadium where many recreational and professional tennis tournaments take place.

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools for adults and 2 swimming pools for children with salt water together with the parking in front of the apartments (free of charge).
